Take a step up from the many prepackaged safari tours and let us build a custom tour just for you. It’s easy! There are many things to consider, but by asking a few questions we can make your trip to Tanzania the best possible experience and value. We explore some things to think about below and afterwards we invite you to state your preferences. Better yet, contact us using our easy WhatsApp interface and we can start a conversation to plan your trip. You are under no obligation and we would love to hear from you.
Tell us about yourself ...
We’d like to learn a little about you. How many are in your party, is this a special event such as a honeymoon or special anniversary trip? What are your room preferences? (Single, double, twin). Do you have any special dietary needs or mobility issues to consider?
... and your special interests.
Our guest bring a wide variety of interests and priorities, whether it be photography, birding, wildlife viewing, trekking, the great migration or a general overview, we’ve got you covered. Some guests prefer to pack as much as possible into their experience and others prefer a more relaxed pace. With Instinct Tours, we don’t fit you into a packaged tour, but rather spend time planning the experience that fits your needs.
When to come - Timing is everything!
Newborn babies, patterns of the Great Migration, weather and other factors play into what you might see during certain times of the year. Let’s cover some of the highlights of our seasons (This text would also be over an image)
(Here you would give information about what might be seen during each month or which months are blocked out for holidays or are considered off-season for guests) – I would include a list of things, and that map that I saw you place on WhatsApp showing the patterns of the great migration would be good.)
Your accommodations.
You will find that accommodations in Tanzania are modern and comfortable, but we need to know how far should we go in planning your experience, We can select from a wide variety of properties and figure that most guest will trust us to choose amazing locations with good food and comfortable arrangements. But if you want us to go all out let us know and we can suggest some of the top properties. On the other hand if you want to watch your budget a bit, let us know that as well and we can plan for the best value and price. (Images here)

Next Steps
The questionnaire below asks for some general contact information, and then collects more about your preferences and interests described above. You are absolutely under no obligation, but we would like to start a conversation to showcase the value that Instinct Tours has to offer.
Long note to Instinct Tours and Francis:
Contact and questionnaire form to be built here in this “Next Steps” section – Use basic fields for name, email, number in party, then perhaps radio buttons for budget: but rather than just say “luxury”, “Standard” or “Economy” we could use some marketing terms to make this language sound better, Like choice 1: Let Instinct Tours choose great accommodations”. Choice two: “I’d like to hear about top experiences” and Choice 3: “Tell me about value options” In the next section, use multi-pick buttons to select one or more interests, like birding, photography trekking, etc, maybe even a system to rate top to least priority if that is technically possible. The dates element might be more technical or useful than merely choosing a start or ending date and may be the most difficult to present – For example first present the user with a list and choice selection for a top experience for example, ten choose “New babies” and then you present a pop-up that says “You will want to come late January to mid-March – we will suggest some dates in our proposal”. Maybe if the customer chooses “The Great Migration” as a priority, the pop-up would suggest the best dates for that – you get the idea I hope. It is hard to explain what I mean and how this might even work. In the other sections (like additional experiences) you could use check boxes to choose one or more options like Ballooning, Olduvai, etc. For the Zanzibar extension, perhaps just a checkbox with an explanation that you will include a plan for an amazing experience. – We can work on the wording later.
The rest of the “Next Steps” process would be that the form is sent to Instinct Tours and with a reply pop-up on the Website thanking the user along with text stating when they would hear back. Secondly also immediately return an automated quick, but formatted with images email reply stating when they might hear back along with more marketing information. Statements like: “Thank you so much, our team will be working to craft an amazing experience for you. We are certain that we can provide the best experience, etc, etc.”. This also gives you an opportunity to see if the email is correct (that it doesn’t bounce back with “invalid address”) – it would be too bad if the customer entered an incorrect email and you spent time working a proposal and the reply bounced. Perhaps you should also be sure and get a phone number and send a text message with a thank-you an invitation to join WhatsApp and here also start further dialog if they don’t already have WhatsApp or they don’t use the WhatsApp widget below.
