All contracts, bookings, payments, and services are made directly with and fulfilled by Instinct Tours.

Please note: Douglas A. Wielfaert (Doug) and Marcia N. Wielfaert (Marcy) are U.S.-based brand ambassadors who support Instinct Tours as friends and facilitators. Their contributions include website design, client communications, invoice editing, social media marketing (particularly through the “Marcy’s Photo Journey” brand), and general support.

They are not legal representatives, owners, employees, or agents of Instinct Tours and hold no liability for any aspect of your booking or trip. All legal and financial responsibilities lie with Instinct Tours in Tanzania.

4. Permitted Use

You may use this website solely for lawful purposes related to exploring, planning, or booking safari and travel services with Instinct Tours.
